The rally was established two years ago, and since 2024, it has been approved as a national standard for evaluating the business reputation of Russian business. It takes into account national values and priorities while respecting the balance of interests between business, State and society. Companies are assessed on three criteria:

Ecology - environmental impact, environmental projects, technology use;
Staffing - Level of pay, social programmes, participation in charitable projects;
The State is a tax history and business reputation, interaction with business connections.
The ratings are developed in two stages: mooring and questionnaireing. A maximum of 100 points, plus another 50 at the questionnaire stage. Also, the rating participants in the leading business associations of entrepreneurs can obtain an additional 10 points. Coring rates are calculated automatically in the Russian Federation ' s information system, which is one of the main data providers.

The status of responsible business involves a significant simplification of administrative procedures. " This practice has already been applied by the regions of the Central Federal District. Our strategic motivation is for companies to become " leaders " , to emphasize Timur Shinaliev.
