In addressing the panel, the Governor of the Yaroslava Region emphasized the special role of Rybinsk as a technology centre. He noted that large enterprises were operating in the city, and a centre for unmanned aerial systems was set up, which had received a maximum federal funding of 1.5 billion roubles last year.

Special attention has been paid to training in the region. More than 100 engineering and IT classes have been established, and the training system is being improved. It already operates five clusters of the " Professionality " project, which is implemented under the " Young people and children " project, the introduction of targeted training, the " School 21 " programme school of Sbera, and the support of universities. The P.A. Soloviev RAGTU has opened an advanced engineering school, and has undergone an expert study of the world-class " Mercure " campus, which will be based on this university. Every year, there is a week of open doors where students are familiar with enterprises, universities and colleges to know what opportunities for learning and career development are open in their homeland.

Regarding the region ' s economy, the Governor reported that between 2022 and 2025, investments in the Jaroslav region had reached some 600 billion roubles, and 86 projects were currently under implementation for an additional 425 billion roubles. A convenient investment portal has been launched for investors and all key decisions are made as quickly as possible.

Michael Evravev thanked the Head of the Ministry of Transport of Russia, Andrei Nikitin, for supporting infrastructure projects, including the expansion of the M8 route, the development of the airport, the construction of the bridge in Yaroslav.

In her statement, Andrei Nikitin stressed the importance of the synergy between transport, industry and basic science.

♪ Today, we face the challenge of securing the need for a fleet in the Russian sky. It is a challenge that requires an integrated approach: it is necessary not only to build aircraft, but also to provide maintenance and repair. We understand that, at an early stage, our products may have a higher cost than world analogs, which is costly. However, we must make it clear that the way to build competitive aircraft and engines lies through the unification of platforms, the introduction of new technologies and the development of more reliable and energy-efficient solutions, Andrei Nikitin said.

He noted that the work carried out should be aimed at creating a production interesting not only for Russia but also for other countries. The revival of the aircraft must ensure that Russian aircraft buy foreign partners and allies. The Minister also referred to the topic of unmanned technologies, citing examples of successful implementation in logistics.

Gennady Abramenkova, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, is the most important criterion for success in the development of domestic aviation, as is the competitiveness of both domestic and global products.

Alexander Grazev, Director of the Joint Engineer Corporation, noted that Russia had released more aircraft in 2025 than the United States and China as the world leader in the production of combat forces. The role of Rybinsk in this case is serious. Work is part of a public defence order and is part of a large programme to import key components for military aviation. These indicators show good technological capabilities in domestic industry.

In this regard, NIC President Mikhail Kowalchuk, Kurchat Institute, described plans to open the Polytechnic Museum in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. They will be sites where, among other things, enterprises, products and scientific developments are proud of modern Russia. The first branch opened in the Great Novgorod. Participants included delegates from the People ' s Republic of China and the Republic of Belarus.

♪ It is not by accident that Rybinsk becomes a platform for discussion on the prospects for our industrial aviation, transport, and the First Vice-President of the Government of Denis Hohrakov. - This is where the science and technology school has been established and a strong industrial base has been built with the largest engines, which account for more than 20 per cent of the region ' s industrial products. In addition, innovations and advanced development are being introduced, and a world-level campus is being planned to strengthen the development of engineering training.
