Human resources shortages and training for the tourism industry were discussed on the Travel Forum fields, which is being held at the Rosia Exhibition.

According to the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Tatiana Ilumshnikova, the tourism industry is growing at a significant pace through the rapid development of domestic tourism. Not only were restrictions in the period of cowid and sanctions, but also interest in ecotourism and regions, tourism programmes, improved service and infrastructure, and opportunities for small and medium-sized tourism. In the near future, however, the flow would increase, which would require some 400,000 additional staff in the field.

" We see several activities to attract workers. First, robotization and artificial intelligence must be introduced: by 2030, 26 per cent of the productivity of the hospitality industry will increase by 2030. The second track is the development of educational programmes at universities and STRs, corporate learning areas: programmes must meet the real needs of employers. The third track on which we are working hard today with the Ministry of Labour is the increased flexibility of the labour market: the amendment of the Labour Code will improve market elasticity. Among the instruments, for example, the reduction of barriers to employment and transfer of workers, the revision of the list of jobs that currently do not permit women ' s employment and a number of other rules " noted Tatiana Ilushnikov.

The Deputy Minister also added that issues of labour law change required careful consideration, including discussions with social partners, trade unions and employers. Their solution would create additional effects.

Representatives of line ministries, legislative authorities, public organizations and industry leaders, the deputy of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, Anastasia Zyrananov, the chairman of the Committee on Tourism of Natalia Kostenko, the President of the Russian Union of the Ilya Ouman Industry and the Director of the Ana Cuvais Academy of State Privail, participated in the discussion.
