The small and medium-sized business of the North Caucasus Federal District has received over 3.5 billion bank credit roubles in four months of operation of the special " ozone " sponsorship of the SME high-risk Corporation. Among the polyder regions to attract funding under the Special Limit of the Corporation of the Stavropol province (1.58 billion roubles), Karachaevo-Cherkes Republic (728.6 million roubles), the Republic of Dagestan (3.7 million roubles), the Republic of Chechnya (386.5) and the Republic of Northern Ossetia-Alania (135 million roubles).

The additional limit of ozone sponsorship was announced by Alexander Novak, Vice-President of the Government of Russia, during the Caucasus Investment Forum in July 2024.

" More than 200 bank credit contracts have already been concluded under the special sponsorship limit. Of these, over 1.52 billion roubles are trade. Manufacturing industries attracted over 843 million roubles, and agriculture accounted for 374 million roubles. Transport and storage companies received 383 million roubles, 156 million roubles, and the Director-General of the ICP Corporation, Alexander Isaewicz.

The " zone-based " sponsorship mechanism was launched on behalf of President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation in 2021. It is being implemented within the framework of the Mala and Middle Entrepreneurship Project. The SME Corporation provides sponsorship in the absence or total absence of collateral for bank loans. The sponsorships provide up to 50 per cent of the credit and can reach 1 billion roubles with credit terms up to 15 years.
