Shipbuilding clusters are established in the Yaroslav region
In the Yaroslav region, a formal launch has been made of the creation of the Masino Construction (Sudanship) Educational Cluster. The head of the region, Mikhail Evravev, has signed an order for the formation of a working group composed of representatives of the authorities, the leaders of the shipping and engineering enterprises, the directors of the leading universities and the heads of the municipalities of the Yaroslav region. Representatives of the Union of Engineers of Russia and the Russian Navy Support Movement are also involved.
♪ Create a shipbuilding cluster in the Jaroslava region. The decision was also dictated by the State ' s objectives of ensuring technological sovereignty and the needs of the region, and was noted by the Governor of the Jaroslav region, Michael Evreev. - We have a strong human, industrial and scientific potential. By combining the efforts of enterprises, universities and investors, we will be able to secure the industry by order, create new jobs and attract young people to engineering. The scientific and educational core of the cluster will be the Solovierov RAG. We are one of the first in the country to establish a centre of unmanned aerial systems in the region. And the technologies that we develop for BAS are also applicable to shipbuilding.
Today, the first meeting of the working group, chaired by Vice-Governor Andrei Kolyadin, was held in Rybinsk on the basis of the P.A. Soloviev RAGTU. Participants discussed the challenges of domestic shipping and the industry development strategy until 2036.
- RGATU, together with industrialization partners, has a successful experience in the development of the gas-tourborg technology cluster. We're ready to scale this model on the ship, said the rector of the GGATU Valery Koskin. - The university has an advanced engineering school with six dual laboratories, a system of continuous engineering, from school to postgraduate. Students from the first courses are loaded in real production in partner enterprises. The future Merkuri World Campus will also become a permanent centre of escort for the shipping industry in the region.
The University has already entered the industry consortium of higher and secondary vocational education in the judiciary, concluded an agreement with the St. Petersburg State Maritime Technical University and launched a network programme on " Sounding, Ocean Technology and Marine Infrastructure Systems " . At the advanced engineering school, it is planned to set up a dual courtroom.
The meeting will result in proposals for the composition of cluster participants and arrangements for enterprise integration. Interregional cooperation will also be sought to accommodate fishermen ' s verbs. A strategic session will be held in the fall with the participation of the Marine College of the Russian Federation and the relevant corporations. In addition, it has been decided to open engineering classes in the region ' s schools and to launch research on the orders of the cholf.
