♪ Demand for the rental of ready premises in modern logistics complexes has increased significantly from small and medium-sized businesses. A total of 23.5 thousand square metres of Regionstroy will be completed before the end of the year. Some objects are already available for small and medium business leases. The Jaroslava Development Corporation, together with the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, assisted with the first resident companies to develop businesses to find ready premises. As a result of the project, which is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2027, at least 190 jobs are planned.

The Government of the Jaroslava Region will assist investors through the State support measures provided for in regional legislation.
