Started applying for the whole Russian phase of the 2024 Best Mentoring Practices competition

On 23 July, applications for the entire Russian phase of the 2024 Best Practice of Mentoring began. Its objective is to provide integrated support to the enterprises participating in the " Productivity " project in the transfer of practical experience on productivity improvement and to replicate best practices of mentoring. Applications are accepted until 27 September.

" The contest is now six times and attracts hundreds of participants each year. It aims to develop a system of guidance, support for young professionals, encourage mentors, create conditions for the disclosure and effective application of the potential of each worker, " was reported by the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of Russia, Murat Kerefov.

The winners of the National Project will be selected in three awards: " Prompt Productivity Technologies " , " Youth Development " , " Digital Innovation in Enterprises " .

For companies not participating in the project ' s design, there is a special nomination of " Best practices of mentoring to increase productivity " .

The new 2024 edition will be the " Teaching in the hospitality industry " : it will be possible to declare both the organizations participating in the Nazi project, providing services in the areas of tourism, sport, recreation and entertainment, food and beverages, libraries, archives, museums and other cultural facilities and companies outside it.

The winners of the regional phases who did not participate last year in a similar nomination may apply for the whole Russian competition.

The regional phase of the " Best Practices in Mentoring " competition is held from 10 May and will end on 29 July. Enterprises from 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation participate.

The outcome of the entire Russian competition will be presented at the award ceremony in December 2024.

Applications are received on the website of the Ministry of Development of Russia by reference until 27 September 2024. Materials describing mentoring practices (presentations, video references, photographs, etc.) may be added.
