Applications for the Forum " Strong ideas for new time " are open. Organizers are an autonomous non-profit organization called the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects (ASI) and the Roscongress Foundation, co-organized by the State Development Corporation (WEB.RF) and the Government of the Below City Region. The idea of a positive change in the country can be put on the platform by 15 May 2025. The experts will then select top-100 ideas. The strongest ideas will be presented to the country ' s leadership in July at the final event in Low Novgorod.

In 2025, ideas and proposals were adopted on five fronts:

• National Social Initiatives (NSI) - The selection will pass.
  two key themes: social initiatives and urban development. Both aim to improve the quality of life of people, but they do different tasks.
• National Business Initiative (NAP) - Two key themes are adopted: the new business and creative economy. They are geared towards innovation, support againstvigilance and conditions for economic growth.
• National Technology Initiative (STI) - Two key messages are important: civil-military technology and STI Platform. Projects should strengthen the country, ensure that
  her safety and make the future better for all.
• National Human Resources Initiative - Focusing on ideas and projects that will help to empower everyone and provide the economy with the necessary skills.
• National Environmental and Climate Initiative (NEC) - ideas and projects in this direction are designed to preserve nature, adapt the country to climate change and create conditions
  for sustainable development.

On the front desk, the idea.roscongress.rf each can submit a proposal, monitor its movement, receive assistance and feedback on the refinement of the project from experts.

The final point will be a two-day forum. It will take place in July in Lower Novgorod. The forum is expected to present 100 best ideas and projects and, in the plenary, to present 10 of them to the country ' s leadership.

Forum participants will be able to develop the idea and get feedback from the expert community, pass the accelerator and prepare projects based on their ideas, find supporters and conspirators, form a project team.

The Yaroslav region has participated successfully annually in the forum, the drafts of the Jaroslav sponsors are part of the top-1000 and the top-100 projects in all regions following the selection of experts. In total, more than 300 ideas were presented for the forums held in 2020-2024.
