The Governor of the Jaroslava Region, Mihail Evreev, discussed with the manager of the Jaroslav branch of the Central Russian Bank of Sbank Elena Kochin the possibility of developing the economic, tourism and infrastructure capacities of the region.

♪ Discussed with Sbera ' s colleagues, a master plan, a universal strategic document that defines the long-term development goals of the Territory, priorities and specific projects for 10 to 15 years ahead, noted Michael Evreev. The main task of the master plan is to transform our potential into a real growth in the quality of life and the economy. Ultimately, we are receiving a clear road map with specific activities and recommendations to change urban documentation. Through a well-established integrated development strategy, the Territory is being addressed, including by improving the quality of life of our citizens. This work is generally in line with the " Infrastructure for Life " project initiated by President Vladimir Putin of Russia.

The work on the master plan is eight months and will consist of two main stages, including the diagnosis of current status and the identification of strategic priorities for the future. There is also a definition of funding sources, including infrastructure credits and federal support.

The Territory ' s master plan includes housing and road construction, the development of social and transport infrastructure, the improvement of the territories, the upgrading of housing and utilities. Specific growth points are identified. This takes into account the cultural and historical characteristics of the Territory, its potential, the demands of the inhabitants and business.

Parties noted that tourism was a promising development for the region.

♪ The Jaroslava region has demonstrated strong tourism growth rates, including as one of the leaders of the Golden Ring route, Elena Kochin said. - The Master Plan will identify and, in the future, meet the challenges of advancing the region in this area.

According to Rosstat, the region ' s turmoil increased by 51 per cent between January and October compared with the same period last year. The Jaroslava region has entered the top 10 of the most popular summer recreation regions. Demand for a new year ' s booking has also increased by 52 per cent. The increase in turmoil is recorded in all districts of the region. The tax potential of the industry exceeds 3.5 billion roubles per year, taking into account related areas.
