In accordance with the request of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 10 May 2017, No. DM-P44-2952, an Internet portal entitled " Culture " was established under the auspices of the Russian Ministry of Culture in 2017. " Russia ' s Grants " (hereafter Portal), containing information on the types and modalities of grants to support creative cultural and artistic projects. The Portal ' s work is aimed at aggregating and providing a wide range of users with relevant information on all Russian and regional cultural and artistic grants.

Information on the Culture Portal. Russian Grants

The Portal Operator is the FGBUK Centre for Cultural Strategies and Project Management.

The portal is designed to inform the professional community in the field of culture about the implementation of grants, including to improve the use of extrabudgetary funding sources for cultural projects.

In 2023, more than 35,000 Internet users were approached daily to find relevant information on Portal ' s resources: social entrepreneurs, non-profit project fans, proactive citizens and cultural institutions. Follow-up

Through the simple and intuitive structure of the Portal, each user can find interesting information: the application procedure, typical document errors, basic terminology, interviews with key grantors, webinars.

Registered users are able to obtain relevant information on grant support by establishing personal notification filters: applicant category, region, referral
by art.

As part of the information escort, thematic materials were published weekly in 2023 in the Portal News and Groups
social media. Currently more than 700 organizations and agencies
of 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including federal bodies
and the executive branch of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, charitable organizations and leading Russian industry companies, publish in Portal information on grant competitions.

More than 2,450 competitions have been accumulated in the Portal database
In 24 directions: theatre, music, choreography, art, creativity, popular creativity, art and other related fields, including volunteering.
Today is the Culture Portal. Russia ' s Grants are the only aggressor in its kind, a Russian-wide base of competitions and grants in the field of culture and art, with relevant information on the types and modalities of granting federal, regional, municipal and private grants to support creative cultural and artistic projects.
