About 100 employees of the Yaroslav oblast have been trained in the Productivity Lids programme through the national project " Productivity " initiated by President Vladimir Putin of Russia. New knowledge and skills were obtained from the leaders and specialists of the GS Road Vehicles, the Russian paints, the Ruse Mechanics, the Synto GS, the Aronap CCC, the Volga Polymer launch site, the Verkhnevolge Electricity Plant and other companies.

♪ A key objective of the programme is to develop a systemic approach to enterprise management to increase productivity in the modern market. Training was provided free of charge to specialists from companies participating in the project, and the Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region, Alexander Olkhov. - This work is planned to continue in the next year under the new national project " Effective and Competitive Economy " .

Training was organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in conjunction with the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade. Each participant received new knowledge within five months in Moscow, remotely and internships in the country ' s enterprises.

The programme developed measures to increase productivity for specific enterprises and developed plans to implement improvements. As a result, organizational and technological innovations have been introduced. For example, at the Volga Polymer plant, the productivity of the optimised flow increased by more than 30 per cent.

♪ The withdrawal from the Russian market of western companies provided new opportunities for enterprise development. We used them. The assistance received under the national project " Productivity " was very important for the development of production, and the director of Tatiana Witkin ' s company, the graduate of the 35th educational stream of the Productivity Liters Programme, emphasized.

The comprehensive implementation of the National Project ' s activities, which include not only training but also company support from the Federal and Regional Competence Centres, which implement the instruments of shore production, resulted in an average increase of 35 per cent in the region ' s optimized flows.
