As part of the project on support for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Yaroslav region, a training programme on " Effective Recreation " was held in Rybinsk from 02 to 04 October 2024.

The event was held for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the Jaroslav region, which are more active in the field of business
1 year registered on the ICP.RF digital platform.

The objective of the event was to provide experts with strategic growth tools and to build on market trends.

In addition to the training event, a consultation event was organized for participants on the selection of personnel, the application of labour laws of the Russian Federation (including the issuance of necessary employment documents and permits for foreign labour) during which all participants received answers to their concerns.

Participation in the " Efficient Recruting " training programme has provided an opportunity for representatives of SME entities to work in an orderly and controlled manner, to study company strategic growth tools and to build on market trends.
