The President of the Russian Federation has signed changes to the federal law " On non-profit organizations " on the expansion of activities of socially oriented non-profit organizations. SONCO will now include non-profit organizations involved in the improvement of territories, including the greening of parks and domicile areas, the construction of sports and children ' s spaces.

The new rule of law will, inter alia, cover the work of the territorial public administrations (PPPs), whose upgrading activities are widespread in the regions. The amendments adopted may provide a significant impetus for the further development of the TC. This will allow them to apply for dominance and victims to receive tax deductions.

In the Sahel region, the practice of establishing a TES has been implemented since 2016. Then there were only three organizations in the city, now more than 100. The region holds an annual competition for up to 500,000 roubles for a municipal grant. This year, projects related to the greening of palaces, the installation of video surveillance systems, small architectural forms, fences and other initiatives aimed at making the palaces more comfortable and comfortable.

" The NCB is not only a social institution but also an economic one. Its contribution to the economy is estimated at 1.5 per cent of GDP. The activities of non-profit organizations in the area of territorial improvement will also be relevant to the activities of SONCO. This will enable them to benefit from preferences and dominance, and victims will be taxed. In the past year alone, business returned more than 16 billion roubles for donations to SONCO, noted the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of Russia, Tatiana Ilumshnikov.

The adoption of the law would create equal conditions for the work of non-profit organizations in that area in all regions of the country, and emphasized the Deputy Minister.
