Seminar " Participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in public and municipal procurement "
We invite you to a training seminar at which you can improve your charter squills and improve the knowledge of the contractual system and learn about the current changes in the 44-FZ.
We will address the complexity of procurement practices and discuss the challenges faced by suppliers. Besides, at the seminar, you can ask questions of interest to you and discuss them with the procurement expert.
Speaker of the seminar is Maria Tetereva, procurement expert, founder of the Tender Management School.
The programme of the seminar includes the following topics:
- The contractual system for procurement of goods, works, services for public and municipal needs;
- The characteristics and advantages of procurement from small businesses;
- Restrictions and prohibitions on the purchase of imports in public and municipal procurement;
- Confirmation of the producing country in public and municipal procurement;
- Special features of the application, acceptance/rejection and valuation of applications, changes in contract price (contracting), retention of national regime applications;
- Actual changes to Federal Act No. 44-FZ;
- Responses to participants ' questions.
You're also expected to have two coffee shops, where you can exchange views with one-size-fits-alls and personally meet procurement experts and ask questions.
