Within the framework of the Petersburg International Economic Forum, a strategic partnership agreement has been concluded between the Government of Jaroslav and Sber. It aims to develop the tourism industry, the digital economy, the transport infrastructure of the region, and investment development.

The document was signed by the Governor of the Yaroslava Region, Michael Evraev, and the Vice-President, the Chairman of the Sberbank Evgeny Titov, Central Russian Bank.

♪ The Jaroslava region has enormous tourist potential that we are actively developing. In 2025, we received over 13 million guests. We will work with Sber to develop a strategy for tourism development in the Yaroslav region. The result would be an integrated approach that would help to harness the potential of the region, attract new guests and increase tourism ' s contribution to the economy, noted by Michael Evreev. - Implementing regional and other joint projects. I thank Sber for the systemic common work and partnership that provides real results for the economies of the region and the quality of life of our inhabitants.

In the area of tourism development, the development of the Yaroslava tourist brand, the introduction of modern service standards and the promotion of the region on digital and international sites are planned.

♪ The Yaroslav region, one of the key tourist regions of Russia, and interest in it is only increasing: according to Sber2B Analytics, in 2025 tourists spent more than 39 billion roubles in the region, accounting for 30 per cent more than one year earlier for the EU Titov. Sber is already actively involved in the development of the region ' s Turpotential: the first office of Sber Bank Online has been launched in the annex to Sber Bank Online, and the first office of Sbera has been opened in the village of Vitaska in a retrostyle. Also with the participation of Sbera, tourism infrastructure projects, hotels in Uglic are being implemented, and the first quarter of the integrated development of the territories, the Turks, is being built. We have already begun to develop a strategic master plan for the Jaroslav agglomeration, and the agreement signed today is a logical extension of this work. We appreciate that the area is ready to set great goals: we will now work together to develop a tourist brand and a tourism development strategy for the region.

In addition, the agreement provides for the introduction of advanced platforms and solutions, the establishment of a single digital service ecosystem for citizens, businesses and tourists, the use of large data technologies, artificial intelligence and pre-emptive analysts for management decisions.

The parties will also cooperate in the development of intelligent transport systems, the digitalization of transport services, the expansion of cash-free travel arrangements, including an innovative method of remuneration through geoposition.

Investor escorts, project design and public-private partnership development in the region ' s priority sectors are envisaged to realize the investment and economic potential of the Jarosla region.
