Over 2.2 billion roubles accounted for the total procurement of companies with public participation in the first quarter of 2024. Compared to the same period, this figure had increased by 160% earlier, with the number of self-employed persons entering into contracts 1.5 times and reaching almost 29,000. The Director-General of the ICP Corporation, Alexander Isaevich, reported this.

" The extension of the preferences of small and medium-sized businesses to self-employed has simplified the procurement procedures of the largest 223-FZ customers and helped to increase their procurement volume, Isaevich noted. - Total self-employed procurement in the first quarter of 2024 increased by 160% compared to the same period of 2023 and exceeded 2.2 billion roubles. At the same time, the number of self-employed persons increased by 48 per cent, with a total of almost 2.9 per cent. "

The highest increase in self-employed procurement is recorded in the Kur region (+504 million roubles), Moscow (+211 million roubles), St. Petersburg (+92 million roubles), Sverdlov and Kaliningrad regions (45.6 and 39.3 million roubles respectively). In general, the volume of procurement from self-employed polyder regions was the Kur region (0.5 billion roubles), Moscow (0.38 billion), St. Petersburg (0.13 billion), and Moscow (0.11 billion) and Sverdlovsk (0.08 billion roubles).

The highest increase in self-employed procurement is recorded in support services related to financial intermediation and insurance (+660 million roubles, more than 1,000 times), professional, scientific and technical services (+89.2 million, almost seven times), legal and accounting services (+85.7 million, 12.5 times), creativity, arts and entertainment services (4.6 million times).

In total, between 2019 and 1 quarter of 2024, the largest customers entered into procurement contracts under 223-FZ with almost 14,000 self-employed. Their total amount exceeded 14.7 billion roubles, the average price of the contract was 546,000 roubles.

It will be recalled that self-employed citizens can participate in 223-FZ procurement under the same conditions as small and medium-sized businesses as of 1 April 2020.
