Starting a career at work was the main childhood dream for Alain Chijova. When I was a kid, my mom took her to the lab.

"Probes, solutions, then for me somehow magically changing colors, sand clocks... it all seemed very interesting. Sometimes I snuck out in my office and looked after things. In school years, I knew clearly that I wanted to be an engineer and that I was slowly on my goal.”

After school, a girl immediately went to the YGATS for the " chemical technology of high-volume compounds " . The history of industry development was described in the first course by Kutyrin Vladimir Aleksandrovich, former Director-General of the Russian paints.

" His subject was magnificent, took us to the Interlacody Exhibition and took a tour at the Russian paints factory. For the first time, I saw the cesha and the equipment. And then I realized that I had no mistake in choosing a future profession and I would come back here necessarily.”

After the university's end, the place was waiting because there was no job. Alain gained experience in the management of chemical synthesises and the identification of various end-product indicators.

" It's a sunshine day, I came to the Russian paints factory and became part of the Chijov plant. At first, I was a lab worker for chemical analysis. But I was dragged into ces, and I was interested in synthesis, equipment. Soon, I've been learning, evaluating and working as a master of the change of lacquer cesha.”

Alain ' s main pride is that managers have assessed her professional qualities and career aspirations. As a woman, she holds a leading engineering and technical position of such complex and responsible production.

In 2019, she was thanked for good and unsuccessful work, and in 2022, Alain was awarded a certificate of honour for his high performance.

No family influenced the choice of profession. According to the girl, the family can only help make a sure first step towards the choice.

" I do not believe that working with a family in one place is a complete family. In the first place, the individual himself should be interested in his work, so as to say " be in his place " . You're not going anywhere, you've already got an idea of the organization, about the leaders, about the nuances in the job. I don't regret the choice. It's my favorite case, in a united group, we produce the products we need. In addition to the working booth, we talk, friendship, celebrate holidays.”

At work with Alaina, her husband is working with her, Chijov Innocenti, master of nitromale cesha. A young man came to the enterprise immediately after the end of the YGTU and has been working here for 14 years.

The family doesn't plan to change the detail. Each family does not work for the sake of wages, but for the achievement of results. Long-term work has taught the principal to organize work in a collective, where each has its nature, to remain calm and to take the necessary measures in complex situations. Such skills also help in normal life.

Young professionals

Alain ' s young professionals are advised not to be afraid to start with small jobs.

“You will still be a very important and necessary link in the production chain, without you, the production mechanism will not be so strong and coherent. Work at work is not a monotonic activity, it combines work and hands, and head. For you, active young professionals, it is a great opportunity to show your knowledge already gained, to learn from the professionals of your case, to learn to work together.
