The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, has signed the Federal Act of 08.08.2024 No. 287-FZ, which amends, inter alia, the laws on the State registration of the law of the law of the law of the law of the State of the law of the law of the law on the notary.

For example, in the GS, the decision to elect a new head (general director) would now need to be certified by the notary. The notary will sign and send an application for changes to the EGRUL in electronic form to the registration authority. Previously, this was the new director of the organization. This change will reduce the seizure of companies and protect their property.

For legal entities of other organizational and legal forms in the selection (appointment) of the head, the obligation to apply to the registration authority for changes to the EGRUL will be vested in the notary that has demonstrated the authenticity of the applicant ' s signature on the application in one notary action. The exception is credit and non-profit organizations registered through the Bank of Russia and the Ministry of Justice of Russia. This will reduce the temporary and financial costs of claimants.

The changes will enter into force on 1 September 2024.
