Managers of the National Productivity Project can improve the skills of the Productivity Liquidation Programme

Applications for the third and fourth streams of training in the " Productivity Leagues " management training programme are under way. For six months, participants are exploring new methods and tools for improving production and logistics, marketing and sales, policies and staff management.

Training is provided free of charge for participants in the " Labour productivity " project and is provided in a hybrid format. In Moscow, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, training in model establishments, and distance work are offered.

The registration for the third and fourth educational flows will continue until 20 April and 17 May, respectively. For further information on the programme, please consult the centrality website.

" The first two educational streams are already being studied, and the number of participants exceeded 400. In 2024, 750 managers of the national project " Labour productivity " will be able to upgrade their skills. For more than five years, experts from the Productivity League programme have been developing the skills of Russian leaders. Some 9.5 thousand professionals have already passed through it. " The Prime Minister of Economic Development of Russia, Murat Kerefov, reported.

" The integrated approach to education, flexibility and adaptability of the programme to changing conditions helped management teams to turn new challenges into a window of opportunity for their business. This is borne out by the figures: according to the survey of our graduates in previous years, 79 per cent of managers note that their performance has increased after the programme has been completed, and more than 70 per cent of the productivity improvement projects developed for enterprises during training have been successfully implemented and have yielded concrete results. " The Director of the Centre for Productivity Enhancement of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the manager of the " Productivity Literin Gris " programme, emphasized.

The " Productivity Leagues " education programme is one of the systemic business support measures developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia under the national project " Labour productivity " . The programme is being implemented through the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Foreign Development of Russia. In total, the programme will prepare some 10,000 top and middle managers of manufacturing, agriculture, trade and transport and construction industries.
