The meeting agreed to develop and sign, in 2025, the Strategic Programme for Trade and Investment Cooperation, Rosia- ASEAN. The document will be based on the work programme on the implementation of the Russian and ASEAN Road Map for Trade and Investment Cooperation for 2021-2025. In doing so, it will include new forward-looking interfaces with performance indicators for joint projects.

Within the framework of the Economic Ministers ' Consultations, the Russian side expressed its willingness to promote the sustainable economic development of the region in increasing digital connectivity and food and energy security. In the discussions on the outcome of the 13th WTO Ministerial Conference, the parties reiterated the need to reform the dispute resolution system before the end of 2024.
