36 regions of the country have become pilots for business investment. This is a request by the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for a specific type of production in a certain location. " The framing of investment proposals is necessary for proactive investment policies and the spatial priorities of the regions. The Central Federal District is actively involved in this practice. We are planning to prepare the first investment package by the end of the year. Since 2025, all regions will become invested in investment, " the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of Russia, Murat Kerefov, has reported.

Investments in priority market segments for the regions will include developed documents on the preconditions for the investment project, infrastructure and resource security, and accessible support measures. Methodological recommendations have been developed for this purpose by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, together with NAAR and business associations.

Investments are part of a new development phase of the regional investment standard.
