Relevant amendments to the draft regional privatization plan have been introduced to the Jaroslav Regional Duma. The list includes non-residential buildings, premises and whole property complexes at different locations in the region. These include the Azimut Hotel Yaroslavl in the Moscow Prospect, 10/15, the Regional Centre. It will be sold along with all the moving assets.

This year, a 253 million roubles regionally owned hotel in Rostov, and 251 million roubles were sold in the 2025s to the Eurotel Centre Hotel in Yaroslav.

Investors will also be offered an old prison lock in Tutaev on Osipenko Street, 4, the cultural heritage site of the House of Lakovos in the village of Nerasovsky, former building of the Semashko Hospital in Yaroslavle on 8 March, 5, the building of the former fire station in the village of Horvo Poscheon district and other facilities.
