♪ The Regional Support Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises continues to provide affordable business finance. As a result of 2025, with its assistance, entrepreneurs engaged more than 1.5 billion roubles, Mihail Evreev said. - These funds are aimed at investment projects, the modernization of production and the development of companies. The Fund is an important element of the regional enterprise support system. It helps businesses overcome barriers to credit, introduce new technologies and create jobs.

In 2025, the fund provided 251 concessional loans worth 503 million roubles and 49 sponsorships totalling 4,68.7 million roubles, which resulted in more than 1 billion roubles from lending organizations.

Business assistance is provided through a federal project entitled " Small and medium-sized enterprise and support for an individual entrepreneurial initiative " , a national project entitled " Efficient and Competitive Economy " , which is being implemented by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.

♪ The funding ranges from 200,000 to 5 million roubles, which allows for the inclusion of projects of varying scales, noting the first Vice-President of the Government of the Jaroslav region, Denis Hohrakov. - It is important that more than 60 per cent of these funds are devoted to specific business development - the acquisition of basic means: real estate, transport, new equipment. These are direct investments in modernization, new production and employment.

Terms of financing remain highly profitable for business: loan rates start from 1 per cent of annual, which is lower than market offers, up to three years.
