" In 2024, the regional phases of the Mam ' s Entrepreneur programme went to 70 regions and reached 2,500 women. An additional 2,000 women will be trained in additional programme tracks. Grants, bonuses for promotion and other rewards have already received some 300 participants, while the federal finale, with a prize of 250,000 to 1 million roubles, has been noted by the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of Russia, Tatiana Ilumshnikov.

According to the Deputy Minister, the Mother-Employer programme targets the mothers of underage children and women in the decree, as the birth of a child often changes priorities.
" If we look at the industry, women choose active sectors of the economy: creative industries, tourism, agriculture, social food. Also, the employers ' mothers respond to the queries of society " , she explained Tatiana Ilyushnikov.

The regional segments of the Mam ' s Entrepreneur Programme are conducted in a training format on entrepreneurship. In the course of the week, participants are studying business azas: they read a financial model, develop a marketing strategy, seek ways to attract investment, develop customers ' traffic and do a lot of other things. The knowledge gained helps entrepreneurs refine the business plan. Project protection is under way on the last day of training. The expert jury chooses the best. It receives a grant of 100,000 roubles and other support. The winners have a chance to get to the federal stage of the competition and to fight for grants of 1,500,000 roubles and 250,000 roubles for the development of their case.

As a result of the regional phase of the Mam ' s Entrepreneur programme in the Archangel Region, Jan Kuftyrew ' s Manual therapy doctor was defeated with the " Healthy Studiment and Natural Rejuvenation " project.

" My project aims to improve the quality of life of the people of the Archangel region and the country as a whole, with a view to further expansion. Manuel therapy is part of preventive medicine, which is among the priorities of scientific and technological development recently approved by President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation.
