Workers in the Yaroslav region receive free training on the " Labour productivity " project

Since the beginning of this year, 282 industrial workers in the Yaroslav region have been trained to develop competences that contribute to effective labour organization. Work is under way in the framework of the federal project " Productive and Competitive Economy " , initiated by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.

♪ The project " Labour productivity " helps staff and enterprises to become more efficient, to increase productivity without additional costs, noted the first Prime Minister of the Jaroslava Region, Denis Hohrakov. - In total, 3,629 staff members have been trained during the region ' s involvement in the " Labour productivity " project. Since last year, top managers have been trained in the Productivity Leaders programme, and new participants have also started this June.

In particular, the " Productivity Leagues " programme is attended by a representative of the management of the Yaroslava Radiosault (entered into the " Russian Space Systems " of the Roscosmos Corporation). Four businessmen have already received training, which has been designed for middle management. Professionals have learned to identify the potential for productivity growth in their unit, identify and address inefficiencies in processes, justify the introduction and economic impact of digital solutions, learn how to attract and retain staff, assess the effectiveness of planning and budget implementation.

The Minister of Investment and Industry of the Yaroslava Region, Alexander Olkhov, reported that, with the support of the Regional Competence Centre, 128 employees of the Mega-Paq, Deka, Peepine Dairy Product and the CWC Lacody Company were trained this year. RCC specialists also conducted one-day training for companies interested in increasing efficiency and competitiveness at the Process Fabrication site. About 140 people. In the form of a business game, they learned how the use of sourcing tools influences production performance and makes daily work more productive.

The federal project " Labour productivity " currently has 90 enterprises in the Yaroslav region. They are provided free of charge.
