Putin instructed the development of a digital standard for exporters

President Vladimir Putin instructed the Government, the International Cooperation and Export Commissions of the State Council and the Russian Export Centre (REC) to develop and approve a digital standard for the provision of regional services and export support measures. This is reflected in the list of tasks of the Head of State following the extended meeting of the Presidency of the State in September

At the same time, the digital standard should provide for exporters ' access to such services and support measures using the One Window information system in the area of foreign trade, a time schedule for a phased transition to the provision of such services and digital support measures in a digital format, taking into account the readiness of the digital support infrastructure for the export and budgetary support of the regions of Russia, as well as the maintenance of the current arrangements for the provision of such services and support measures in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation using the digital windows. The duration of this assignment is 1 March 2025.

In addition, it is mandated to take measures to ensure the expansion of the network of foreign infrastructure to support Russian exports and export support institutions in the backbone countries, as well as to improve the participation of Russian producers in expositions in foreign territories.

The report is expected until 1 December 2024, and thereafter once a year.
