Industrial SMEs received over 309 billion roubles in nine months as a result of the project

With the implementation of the " Maloy and Middle Entrepreneurship " project, industrial enterprises engaged over 3,09.4 billion roubles in nine months of 2024. The level of support remained at the same level last year. The number of loans supported was 22 per cent.

" Out of 15,000 dominated loans, about 3,400 have been attracted for investment purposes. The funds are aimed at technological upgrading of enterprises, the acquisition of modern equipment, the development and expansion of production, and were reported by the Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Maxim Rechetnikov.

Small and microbusiness accounts for almost 73 per cent of total financial support.

" The small and medium-sized Moscow enterprises (40.3 billion roubles), Moscow province (25 billion roubles) and St. Petersburg (17.2 billion roubles) attracted the highest funding in nine months, noted by the Director-General of the SME Corporation, Alexander Isaevich.

In the Jaroslava region, funding was over 4 billion roubles, and the number of treaties was 203.

Industrial small and medium-sized companies rely on the SME 1764 concessional lending programme, as well as through the National Guarantee System, the sponsorship of the SME and regional guarantee organizations, direct credits to the Bank ' s SMEs and the micro loans of government microfinance organizations.

Financial support for industrial SMEs is provided in accordance with the " Small and Medium Enterprise " project launched by President Vladimir Putin.
