In accordance with paragraph 17 of the Regulations approved by Government Decision No. 2259 of 22 December 2023, the Ministry of Commerce of Russia reports that a tariff quota of 28,751,683 kg is available. The distribution of the volume in question shall be in accordance with paragraph 19 of the Regulation.

Applications for part of the tariff quota should be sent before 12 April 2024. They may be sent by mail to the Department of Metals and Materials of the Ministry of Metals of Russia at 125039, Moscow, Presnan Nab., p. 2.

Applications may also be submitted to the Expedition of the Ministry of Commerce of Russia at the site of Moscow, Presnsky Nab., d. 10, p. 2 (Bashny 2).

On the basis of the examination of the applications received, the list of enterprises that have been allocated part of the tariff quota will be approved by order of the Ministry of Commerce of Russia.
