The adoption of the Creative Industries Act will increase the sector ' s contribution to GDP

" The creative industry is one of the most developing, most promising. If we transfer the contribution of creative industries to the country ' s GDP, 4.8% of ASI counts, we will see 6.5 trillion roubles in figures. It is clear from this fact that creative industries are the point of growth for the Russian economy, and why the President aims to increase the contribution of the creative sector to the country ' s GDP to 6 per cent by 2030, - the President of the Chelabin Regional Office of the General Russian Public Organization, the Deputate of the State Duma Vladimir Pavlov.

This task will benefit from the Creative Industries Act, which is currently in the State of State on second reading. First of all, it focuses on the definition of the conceptual framework, the development of a single approach in the calculation of the economic performance of the industry, the increase in the percentage of employment in the sector from 6 to 15 per cent.

“Don't forget that there's always a man in the center of creative industries. A man with his intellectual potential, with his knowledge, with his inner energy. An important condition for the development of creative industries is the environment, the conditions that help people build, share experiences, learn. It is therefore the regions that play an important role in the development of the sector. At the same time, we see a trend that 25 per cent of young people under the age of 35 want to move from their regions to large cities. The creative industry can help to address this problem, which is what is motivated to stay or come, is explained by Darya Corneev ' s Communications Cluster.

The new Creative Industries Act also entails the transfer of most of the development responsibilities to sectors in the regions, including support to the industry. The host country, the Chelabin region, is already working in this direction. For example, creative companies can receive support from the Regional Centre " My Business " .

" We like to work by getting business requests. For example, we had an event where we gathered fashion industry. We've been divided into a lack of services such as clothing certification. We've introduced this service. Last week, the designers discussed the issue of labelling in the " fair sign " system. After May ' s holidays, we start training " , the director of the Center for My Business of the Chelabin Region of Olga Thirdkov.

Support is provided through the national project " Maloye and Middle Entrepreneurship " , which was initiated by the President and supervised by the First Vice-Prime Officer, Andrei Belousov.
