Objective of the event - To enable prospective IT entrepreneurs to present their projects to investors, obtain expert assessment, support and potential funding for further development.

Projects from all regions of Russia are invited to participate:

• at the stage of ideas and above;
• Information technology workers with decisions for medicine, tourism, industry, APC and other high-technology industries;
• with a clear business model and development needs.

Key stages of participation:

• to 16 November 2025g: registration of projects by reference before 16 December: selection of applications;
• 17 December to 06 February 2026: individual training of 10 pitinhalists;
• End of February 2026: final presentations for investors (5 minutes of intervention + 5 minutes).

Financialists will be given a unique opportunity to present their development to leading investors and partners: Softline Venture Partners, VOSST Venture, Russian Venture Company, Business Angela, Rospatent, Mincifra, FRY, Scococococo-Capital,
Non-profit partnership between RUSSOFT software developers and other organizations.

The participation of regional projects in the Oprah Stage will provide an additional incentive for the development of IT business and the innovative economy in Russia.
