The competition is conducted in collaboration with development institutions, credit organizations, as well as the largest Russian information technology companies, the Roscongress Foundation.

Selection period: from 01.07.2025 to 30.09.2025.

Sources of financing investment projects:

• Extrabudgetary funding (lossary credit);
• Grant support for the purchase of equipment and construction materials.

Project ( concessional loan) and Project Initiator requirements:

• project budget: at least 10.0 million roubles;
• Financial position of the Project Initiator and/or group of companies (possibly consolidated): at least 50.0 million roubles/2024;

• Project Initiator status: SMEs, large, largest.

  Objectives for extrabudgetary funding and grant support:

• Implementation of the investment project (new construction, reconstruction, modernization, acquisition of equipment, etc.);
• Replenishment of working capital;

• Contractual funding.
