From 24 to 26 June, the Regional Centre hosts an interregional forum entitled " Connection to water and water networks " . The event brings together over 100 members of the LUCF and business from 15 constituent entities of Russia, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Voronez, Lipetek, Om, Vladimir, Orlov, as well as from the Zabaikal and Kampa Krai.

- The region became a platform for the exchange of experience on technology connectivity, said the Vice-President of the Government, the Minister of Construction and the ZKH, Yaroslava province, Alexander Balants. - The forum has thematic round tables and sections. Among the key themes are the participation of water kanals in federal projects, the handling of subscribers and the problems of powerless networks. Rapid technological accession provides an opportunity for business to reduce investment and time costs, to launch new projects faster and to increase competitiveness.

As Alexander Balanc noted, the selection of a region for the forum is not an option: in the National Investment Assessment, which annually forms the Agency ' s strategic initiatives, the Yaroslav region has taken the second place in the development of water systems, as well as in the troika of leaders on speed and effectiveness of connectivity.

In recent years, a number of major projects have been successfully implemented in the region. In particular, public-private partnerships (concessions) are being implemented in the Pereslav-Zales District to update outlets. This approach has already shown a positive result in the past heating season, a significant reduction in accident.

Efforts to improve the public infrastructure aimed at improving the quality of life are being carried out in the region with the support of the Edinary Russia Party.

The Forum will learn from the region ' s success stories. Visits are planned to key facilities of the Jaroslavvocanala, including modern mechanical and biological treatment units, as well as ultraviolet decontamination in Yaroslav. In addition, guests will visit new sewage treatment facilities in Rostov.

The Forum was a key development of the management skills: regional team development programme. Its organizers, the Presidential Academy (RANHIP), together with the Ministry of Economic Development and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, continue a series of practical seminars throughout the country, summarizing best regional practices in various areas. The Jaroslav Forum has opened a number of sectoral activities planned in the Moscow and Below-Europe regions to obtain construction and access permits.
