The largest number of loans with “zontical” sponsorships involved entrepreneurs in Moscow - 189 billion roubles, St. Petersburg - 64 billion roubles and Moscow region - 50 billion roubles. In the leaders ' regions, the Krasnodar province, 39 billion roubles; the Sverdlov and Novosibir regions, 32 and 26 billion roubles, respectively; The Republic of Tatarstan is 22 billion roubles; Rotovskaya, Voronezh and Bezegoro province: 22, 20 and 20 billion roubles, respectively; The Perm Territory, the Samara Region and the Krasnoyarsk region are 19 billion roubles in each region.

Alexander Isaevich noted the possibility of establishing " zone-based " sponsorship by territorial or sectoral priorities.
