The Ministry of Economic Development has calculated the cost of non-financial business support provided by the My Business Centres for the entire operation of the Mala and Middle Entrepreneurship Project.

" The value of non-financial support tools was over 78 billion roubles. Such support helps business to go through different stages of development and to meet external challenges and individual crises and to find growth points. SMEs receiving support have higher performances a year later: 2 times higher than income and 8 times more workers. After 3 years, 78 per cent of entrepreneurs continue to work after receiving advice, and 83 per cent after training programmes. I mean, not only are these companies successful in the first two years of business, but they also increase incomes, work more workers, contribute money to the budget. One section of dominance, free of charge for business, accounts for 2.5 roubles of taxes " , told the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Tatiana Ilumshnikov.

Some 430 My Business Centres are currently operating in 88 regions of the country. There is one window support for active and potential entrepreneurs. Over the years, more than 2 million entrepreneurs, self-employed and all interested in opening up business have received support from my business centres.

All my business centres have a standard set of measures. These are training programmes on various business and business levels, from business project design to export. Helping entrepreneurs and marketing. The business will be facilitated by access to the market, participation in exhibition and labelling activities, and access to foreign markets.

Another area of support is business promotion. Entrepreneurs can help create sites, spots, advertisements, launch advertising and many others. There are also specialized services for social entrepreneurs, engineering services, programmes for young entrepreneurs up to 25 years and so on.

Programmes are also in place in the regions, as each of the special features and centres of my business take them into account. In Yamal, for example, the fashion industry accelerator ' s educational program was launched. The authors of the collections with a maximum business-potential are compensated for the cost of maintaining the collection. In Habarov, entrepreneurs will be assisted with hotel classification. In Haqasia, businessmen will be encouraged to start a franchise business as well as to train SMEs.
