SME. The RF has launched a new business support service for suppliers, producers and buyers from small and medium-sized businesses working on deferred charges. Entrepreneurs will be able to file a single online application that will be sent to several factoring companies.

" When submitting the application, the platform will automatically check the user on the de facto basis and indicate what parameters limit the receipt of such a service as factoring. In the event of a review, suppliers complete a short questionnaire that will allow factoring companies to offer individual funding modalities within 24 hours. The SME Corporation will monitor their compliance " , the Director General of the SME Corporation, Alexander Isaevich, presented the service.

He added that factoring financing would enable producers and suppliers to obtain funds as soon as the goods were shipped or the services provided, without waiting for payment from the buyer.

Once the proposal has been selected, the platform user will be sent to the factoring company ' s site for the exchange of documents or for the offline signature. In doing so, ICP.RF will continue to be able to monitor the status of entrepreneurship.

To date, proposals from factoring companies such as the Russian Factoring Company, Smartfact, Prime Factoring, Metallinvestbank, Pervouralskbank, FACLUORING PRO have been presented on the platform.

Factors may pay up to 100 per cent in the payment account immediately after delivery, with payment deferred to 365 days for the buyer. Factoring funding is up to 1 billion roubles and extraditable funding is 20 per cent.

SME digital platform. The RF has been established by the SME Corporation, together with the Ministry of Economy Development, to support entrepreneurs. The platform ' s development is in line with the " Small and Medium Enterprise " project.
