The Donetska and Luganese People ' s Republics, as well as the Zaporoz and Herson regions, will receive federal funding to support small and medium-sized businesses as well as self-employed people.

More than 3.7 billion roubles were signed by the President of the Government, Michael Mischustin. The funds will be spent on the development of my business centres, where self-employed and business representatives can receive all necessary start-up and business services on a one-stop basis.

Public and regional organizations will also be funded from the allocation of funds in the new regions to enable entrepreneurs to obtain concessional loans and to attract credit resources.

At the end of 2023, the Government approved a public programme entitled " Rehabilitation and socio-economic development of the Donetsk People ' s Republic, the Lugan People ' s Republic, the Zaporoz region and the Herson region " .

One of its main areas is support for entrepreneurship and the creation of a favourable investment climate in new regions.
