♪ In partnership with the St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange, we will develop competitive purchases of Yaroslav producer products, expand their presence on the marketplace, help new suppliers out on the market, and improve the digitalization of the delivery of goods and services by the Yaroslav oblast enterprises, Mihail Evreev spoke.

The St. Petersburg International Market for Trade and Markets (ITSB) is the largest commodity market in Russia. Cooperation includes the active entry of enterprises in the region into exchanges, the use of offshore trade services and procurement procedures. This will create conditions for fair market prices for goods produced and purchased in the region.

As part of the agreement, the parties will assess new opportunities for direct corporate and public procurement of stocks. There are also plans to increase the level of market trade training for Yaroslav customers, to support regional suppliers, including small and medium-sized enterprises, by involving them in procurement, to provide customers and trainers.

In order to monitor the implementation of the agreement and propose its implementation, the parties are planning to establish a working group.

♪ By strengthening our cooperation with the regions, enterprises of the Federation ' s constituent entities can take advantage of the market, Igor Artemiev noted. - This is primarily the availability of goods, the minimization of the risk of a counterparty, low transaction costs and transparency of transactions. We continue to work to expand the product nomenclature. In addition to petroleum products, natural gas, forestry and mineral fertilizers, agricultural products and construction materials are now engaged in, and in the future, services. The new direction currently under way by the MTSB is through the Corporate and Public Procurement Exchange.

In 2023, a total of 63.6 billion roubles were held in the Yaroslav region. In 2024, 8,625 purchases were planned, including more than 5,000 purchases in a single information system worth almost 38 billion roubles.

Through competitive procedures, savings in the regional budget are over 3 billion roubles annually.

As a result of 2023, the Yaroslav region became the winner of the annual industry award in the name of the " Development of the Exchange Market " .

Enterprises in the region participate in SPTSB sections such as " Petroleum products " , " Less and construction materials " , " Commodities and chemicals " .

In the Petroleum Products Section, enterprises in the region entered into more than 5.2 thousand sales contracts of 313,000 tons in the amount of 16.7 billion roubles between 2022 and 2024. Basic goods: petrol, diesel fuel, reactive fuel, etc.

In the " Minerals and chemicals " section, regional enterprises entered into 31 purchases of 6.4 thousand tons in the amount of 237.9 million roubles over two years.

For the first time, the Yaroslava industry participated in wood trade in 2022 as sellers and buyers. During the period under review, eight timber sales contracts were concluded for 1,702 cubic metres, amounting to 2.3 million roubles.

The St. Petersburg International Marketplace (SBIT) was established in 2008 by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and the Government of the Russian Federation. ISAF organizes exchanges in the markets of petroleum products, oil, gas, SUG, forests and construction materials, mineral fertilizers, as well as on the urgent market, and aims to establish a transparent mechanism for fair prices for Russian products.
