Over 6.5 billion roubles are added from the Cabmine reserve fund to support the concessional loan programme for investment projects already approved to develop domestic and entry tourism. This was signed by the Chairman of the Government, Michael Mischustin.

" We believe that the decision to grant such a grant will enable investors to speed up their work, to complete the construction or renovation of hotel rooms on time, to open the aquaparks, mining complexes and entertainment parks. So our citizens will have more recreational facilities, including the family, " , noted Michael Mischustin at a meeting of the Government on 15 August.

The tourism concessional loan programme was launched by the Government in 2021. Within this framework, investors can obtain concessional loans for the construction and reconstruction of hotels, multifunctional complexes, entertainment parks, sharks and mining resort infrastructure. More than 200 projects with a subsidized credit portfolio are now participating in the programme with about 870 billion roubles.

" The creation of attractions and the construction of new hotel rooms is one of our key priorities, a prerequisite for the further growth of domestic tourism. The national project on the concessional lending programme has already supported the construction of 218 hotels of 51,000 hotels, as well as 10 aqua park projects, nine mining infrastructure projects and three round-trip entertainment parks. Their total attendance is expected to be 21 million per year. " The Deputy Minister for Economic Development of Russia, Dmitri Vahrukov, reported.

For example, with support from the Turism and Hospitality Project, which is co-sponsored by Vice-Prime Dmitri Chernashenko, a 3-4-star Square hotel in Twer province is being built to receive a multifunctional unit with a 3-5-year family unit in Altai.
