In Russia, the rules for the selection of new projects for the provision of treasury infrastructure credits would soon be adopted, and at the operational meeting of the Government of Vice-Prime Marat Husnollin.

As part of the mission (President-FI), the transition to new treasury infrastructure loans is under way. They are used to implement a new, ambitious national life infrastructure project and to implement previously approved infrastructure projects. (...) Credit rules have been approved. In the near future (...) approve the rules for the selection of new projects," he said.

He explained that treasury credits would be able to send at least 50 per cent to CFC modernization projects, to support investment projects in tourism or special economic zone, to advance development, to purchase urban transport, to the city master plans in the Far East Federal District and the Arctic team sites.

The Government had approved a treasury infrastructure credit mechanism until 2030.

Schools, kindergartens, polyclinics, roads and facilities are built by the infrastructure budget and special treasury loans (IBC and SCC) (...). Moreover, such projects provide an incentive for the further development of the Territories. The IBC and ICC mechanisms are part of the Infrastructural Menu. For example, 79 entities have been provided by the CCM with 190 billion roubles for the establishment and implementation of 567 facilities and activities. The programme manager is the Ministry of Planning, the operator of the Territory Development Fund.

Since 2022, 115 kilometres of networks and 79 facilities have been installed with CCF funds.
