Mosque, 16 yul, RIA News. Over 5.8 thousand companies registered for the first half of 2024 on my export digital platform, an increase of 39 per cent over the same period last year, reported by the Russian Export Centre (entered into WEB.RF).
Currently, the number of entities and individual entrepreneurs joining the ecosystem for exporters exceeds 32,000.

The largest number of new users of the platform are those working in the forest industry and engineering. The platform is also required for APC and the chemical industry. Large companies account for 8.9 per cent of the total number of registered and small and medium-sized businesses for 91.1 per cent of the total number reported.

My Export Platform offers a variety of tools to develop Russian business in the international arena. It provides rapid and convenient access to public support and business services through a single system. Currently, 126 services covering all aspects of export management are available. Over 520,000 services were delivered through the ecosystem this year.

Let us recall that the State Digital Platform My Export started operating in November 2020. Here, the exporter can obtain services and support not only from REC, but also from federal and regional development agencies. The platform helps to find counterparts, financial and logistical partners to service the transaction, and services can be found to help offset the costs, to obtain insurance and credit support, and many others. It's a flagship REC project that translates into digits most of the WED tasks.

All services available on the platform to order can be divided into four large clusters: public services (phytosanitary certificate, export licence for certain types of goods), government support (relocation of Russian producers ' APC products in demonstration and dense range, certification of APC products in external markets). Analytical support services (bureau and market requirements, buyers ' list) and business services (return of VAT for SMEs, deferred payment for SMEs, export schools) are also available.

Every day, the platform attracts more than 4.2 thousand visitors who seek assistance in dealing with their exports. The services available on my export are popular and demanded, with more than 70 per cent of users approaching it on several occasions.

"The users of the platform are both export-oriented companies and those who only enter external markets. The platform ' s services are relevant to all enterprises with export ambitions, regardless of industry, size of business and experience. No paper documents or their scans are required for services. The most demanded services are provided in full digital form. Now there's no need to spend time visiting departments and collecting paperwork for one application.

Any legal person or individual enterprise registered in the RF can be used by the services of my export platform. All you need is to have a highly qualified electronic signature and to register on the platform.
