On the basis of the WHC, Ocean launched the Business and Entrepreneurship Programme. The programme is implemented by the State University of Management at the initiative of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and with the support of the " Our Future " fund.

" The young entrepreneurs ' roster is one of the key business trends in Russia. Today, a quarter of all IPs are under 35 years of age and among self-employed young entrepreneurs have reached half of the total. To maintain the trend, it is important to stimulate entrepreneurship among adolescents -- about 7.8 million between the ages of 13 and 17. Therefore, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, together with the GUU, has launched entrepreneurial shifts based on children ' s centres in which the boys will be assisted with the profiling and acquisition of the necessary competences. This is the first time this year in the Ocean Children ' s Centres and the Arctic. As early as next year, we plan to scale up the initiative and carry out an entrepreneurial shift in Orlenok Camp, we noted the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Tatiana Ilumshnikov.

The Business and Education Curses programme is designed to create entrepreneurship competencies for pupils aged 13 to 17, using interactive forms of learning, project and game technology. The programme aims to increase the motivation for the informed choice of professions related to business organization and management.

" The Okean Selection of Children at the TPNet was conducted on an online platform of the GUU ' s personal office, enabling children from different parts of the country to join the programme. Participants will be able to learn theoretical knowledge, together with PAU professors and teachers, as well as practical experience from subject matter experts through business plays, caseworks and creativity " , by the Director of the State University of Pavel Pavlovski.

The identification and support of talented children and young people, as well as the introduction of innovative forms of general and supplementary education in the work of the leading children ' s centres in Russia, are key objectives of the overall development programme.

In 2024, the programme will be based on the Ocean and Artec Children ' s Centres. In the centre of Ocean, 32 children will be enrolled in the task force. More than 230 children from Moscow, the LPD, the Altai and Habarov province, the Leningrad and the Below City regions and many other regions of the country will be able to participate in open classrooms and meetings with programme guests throughout the shift. In Artec camp, 24 children will be enrolled in the programme and over 200 more children will attend workshops and additional events.
