As of 15 May, applications for the " Strong ideas for new time " forum have been opened.

Organizers are the Strategic Initiatives Agency (SAI) and the Roscongress Foundation, co-organized by WEB.RF and the Government of the Below City Region.

Projects and initiatives are available to all interested parties to put an idea on the platform.roscongress.rf until 15 June. The experts will then select top-100 ideas. The strongest of them will appear at the final event from 22 to 23 July.

In 2026, ideas are accepted In five areas:

1. National Social Initiative These are proposals to support family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood, health and healthy lifestyles, social support for citizens, education and education, support for veterans and their families, digital platforms and IEs in health, education and social protection, and quality of life and development of small cities.
2. National Human Resources Initiative - Focus on future and continuous learning, labour market forecasting, new careers of 50 years of age, platform employment, youth opportunities, foreign talent and job creation in small towns and villages.
3. National Technology Initiative - cover projects in the areas of autonomy, intelligent systems, distributed energy, the architecture of the collective interaction of autonomous systems, local IEs and new satellite-based services.
4. Environmental and climate Together ideas related to the conservation of nature, the environment, climate adaptation, the development of territories and the creation of a comfortable environment for life.

5. National Business Initiative - These are ideas for the development of the investment climate and the platform economy, the infrastructure for technological entrepreneurship, the creative economy, national brands, new financial instruments, opportunities for investment in cultural heritage (CBM), and micro-products and mobile factories.

   The 2026 forum will be characterized by increased use of artificial intelligence technologies. EI will assist in the evaluation of ideas, enable an in-depth analysis of strategic trends and create thematic sets of initiatives for further project work.

   
   The selection will take place in several stages. Once the projects are collected, participants will be able to finalize them with the experts and partners of the forum. The organizers will then develop top-100 initiatives and partnerships for better decisions.
   Forum participants will be able to develop the idea and get feedback from the expert community, pass the accelerator and prepare projects based on their ideas, find supporters and conspirators, form a project team.

   
   Jaroslav region Each year successfully participated in the forum, the drafts of the Yaroslav authors in previous years included in the top-1000 and the top-100 projects for all regions following the selection of experts. In total, more than 350 ideas were presented for the forums that took place in 2020-2025.

   
   The Forum " Strong ideas for new time " has been held since 2020 on behalf of the President of Russia. In 2025 alone, more than 1,000 ideas received the support of the Forum ' s partners, while 231 others became part of the accommodation programmes.
