Participants in the regional phases of the " Best practices in mentoring " competition are invited to attend the " Labour and mentoring " forum. It will take place on 28 November in Moscow province, based on the Senège Master ' s Office. More than 40 Speakers will be represented by experts on developing advanced mentoring systems in commodity companies, manufacturing and food industries, construction and transport, hospitality industry.

The area will bring together some 700 participants in the Best Practice of Mentoring. The registration deadline is 25 November.

" Mentoring is an important element of the culture of continuous improvement that is being introduced at the national project " Productivity of work " , so for six years we have conducted a competition entitled " Best practice of mentoring " . He's got over 2,000 companies. The mentor in our Nazi project is the man who works with the main value of any business, with a man. It is not simply transferring competencies, but changing staff thinking and attitudes to work, creating social ties between different generations of workers, creating conditions for their self-realization and innovation. In this way, it enhances the social capital of enterprises, helps businesses earn more and faster, develop whole industries and economies as a whole. In the forum " Producing and mentoring " , we will take stock of this year ' s competition and discuss approaches to the development of mentoring in enterprises " , the Deputy Minister for Economic Development, Murat Kerefov, reported.

The outcome of the federal " Best Practices in Mentoring " competition, which is organized annually under the national project " Labour productivity " , will be presented in the forum. 15 winners and prizes will be defined in five awards:

" Protracted technologies to increase productivity " ;
“Professional youth development”;
Digital innovations in enterprises;
" Best practices of mentoring for productivity improvement " ;
" Mentoring the hospitality industry " .
The Forum " Labour and mentoring " is organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in cooperation with the Government of Moscow.

The objective of the " Best practices in mentoring " competition of the national project " Labour productivity " is to identify and disseminate best practices in mentoring. It promotes organizational decisions to increase productivity and creates conditions for the disclosure and effective use of the personal and professional capacities of the organizations. At the federal stage, 90 regional phase finalists participated in the competition, which took place in 71 constituent entities of the Russian Federation from 10 May to 30 July 2024.
