About 7 billion roubles are directed towards supporting investment projects in the Yaroslav region in five years

From 2021 to 2025, investment projects in the Jaroslava region have reached 6.9 billion roubles.

A package of income and property tax benefits for organizations and land tax has been established for the residents of the advance development territories. Comfort working conditions attract new companies to TOR. For example, in the autumn, Tutayev laid a stone on the basis of another production and opened two other businesses, and infrastructure is being developed for the youngest in the region of the Totayev Industrial Park.

Other incentive mechanisms are in place for residents implementing priority investment projects. They are provided with an investment tax deduction on income tax, as well as benefits on property and transport tax. This enables the purchase of inputs into productive capacities to be accelerated.

♪ New investment projects started in 2023 - 2024 began a separate area of support. For them, the regional budget has provided subsidies for the cost of construction of engineering and transport infrastructure, and the first Vice-President of the Government of Denis Hohrakov. - Total funding for this area was over 510 million roubles. An integrated approach to support enables the creation of an enabling business environment, facilitating the modernization of production, creating new jobs and increasing the region ' s tax capacity.

In addition, intangible support measures are offered to investors in the Yaroslav region. These include ready areas for business development. In the region, 100 per cent of agricultural land has been digitized, more than 100 subways have been prepared and water recreational areas have been established for the tourism industry.

Special attention is paid to work with cultural heritage sites. For investors willing to reconstruct historical buildings after bidding, preferential credit is available from DOM.RF and from financial institutions under 9 per cent for the conservation and adaptation of facilities and 6 per cent for the establishment of a hotel of at least 3 stars. A unique mechanism is also in place to compensate for the cost of purchasing seized items from tendering when some of the funds are returned to the investor in serious reconstruction investments.

Background

Today, the Yaroslav region is among the leaders ' regions in terms of investment growth, three times higher than the Russian average. There are 86 major investment projects under implementation, with a total investment of almost 425 billion roubles, and over 27,000 new jobs are planned.
