♪ There are eight industrial parks in the region today, three of which are State-owned: Novoselki, Tutaev and Master. Twenty-eight projects with 12.1 billion roubles and 1,859 jobs have already been implemented on these sites, and Mihail Evreev noted. In the next three years (2026-2028), 19 projects with a total investment of almost 25 billion roubles and about 1,000 new jobs are planned.

Industrialization parks in the Yaroslav region can benefit from property tax and transport tax. The rates are 0 per cent within five years of the company ' s incorporation into the park resident register. In addition, it is possible to conclude a sub-arrend contract with AO, the Development Corporation of the Jaroslava Region, with the subsequent acquisition of land ownership at a cost equal to 25 per cent of the cadastral value of the site.

Investors are supported in accordance with the State programme " Industry development and competitiveness " of the national project " Efficient and Competitive Economy " initiated by President Vladimir Putin of Russia.

The Novoselki industry park near Jaroslav is occupied by 420 hectares. Here, investors are offered Greenfield plots for construction. With the current capacity of 86 per cent for new residents, 60 hectares are available, the third turn of the park is being built.

Residents include market leaders and high-tech companies: Retail X5 Group, logistics operator of the OOO RCD Yaroslavl, Pharmaceutical Giants R-Farm and Bezen Helskea, Jaroslava Beverage Plant, April Plus OO, Technology Transfer Centre, Medicine Centre, OOO

Another developed site is the Master Industrial Park in Tutaev District. There are three production units, with a total of 54,000 square metres, with 21 residents, and 834 jobs have been created.

♪ One of the region ' s youngest sites is the Toutaev Industrial Park. In 2025, two investment projects with over 900 million roubles and 149 jobs were implemented in its territory, and the first Vice-President of the Government of Jaroslava province, Denis Hohrakov, presented the project. - We are in the process of strengthening its engineering infrastructure: in 2025, the construction of the access road and the sewage system began.
