For nine months, senior and middle-level managers, as well as business owners, will undergo professional retraining in a large group of economics and management. The training of the first groups began in St. Petersburg, Kemera and Lipetsk provinces.

The Presidential Management Training Programme has been trained in various areas. In St. Petersburg higher education institutions, for example, participants in the programme will study the foundations of innovation and enterprise management and will be placed on the strategic development of companies. Managers in the Kemero region will develop strategic management in the context of digital transformation.

" In 2024-2025, 2,000 managers from 62 regions will be trained in the Presidential Programme. Its mission is to create an educational environment that promotes leadership and strategic thinking, as well as experience in project implementation. The programme focuses on the specific needs of the enterprise and the economy of the region as a whole " , notes the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of Russia, Tatiana Ilumshnikov.

Traditionally, representatives of key sectors of the economy have become participants in the Presidential Programme: manufacturing, engineering, construction, information and communications, light industry, wholesale and retail trade.

The Presidential Programme is aimed at training management personnel for companies from the real Russian economy. It examines various aspects of enterprise development: financial management, strategic management, marketing, logistics. Participants use the knowledge gained in designing their own projects that they protect at the end of the training. Graduates may also take part in foreign fellowships.
