In the 2018th President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, the decree " On the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 " set the target of increasing the number of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, including individual entrepreneurs. It's now complete.
The new objective was expressed by the President of the Russian Federation in a message to the Federal Assembly: to 2030, to increase the company ' s income per employee, which should exceed GDP growth.
" To achieve this goal, we must transform approaches to support small and medium-sized businesses: to coordinate support measures among different development agencies and institutions, to tailor the existing system and to implement the most effective programmes, to develop and adapt them to the relevant requests of SMEs, to focus the most cost-effective support measures on those companies with the greatest multiplier effect " , the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Tatiana,
An updated national project on " Small and medium-sized enterprise " is expected to include indicators that reflect structural and qualitative changes in the SME sector: moving organizations from one category to another, increasing the share of medium-sized enterprises, increasing the " life expectancy " of companies and others.
The national project " Maloye and Middle Entrepreneurship " has been initiated by the President of the Russian Federation and is being co-chaired by the First Vice-Prime of the Government of the Russian Federation, Andrei Belousov.
