Industrial output in the Yaroslav region exceeded 590 billion roubles

The industrial sector, which provides more than 30 per cent of gross regional product and 40 per cent of tax revenues, remains the basic economy of the Yaroslav region. The multi-sector complex comprises 3.2 thousand enterprises, including 273 large and medium-sized enterprises.

♪ A stable economy is the foundation of social well-being. For our region, industry is the basic component, and the Governor of the Yaroslav region, Michael Evreev, said. - Despite the difficult time, we have been able, among other things, to implement large-scale development projects. In 2025, the volume of self-produced goods, self-processed works and services performed by industrial enterprises in 10 months was 592.9 billion roubles, and growth was 102.3 per cent. In the agro-industry complex, total investment exceeded 30 billion roubles. Set up an integrated infrastructure for investors. There are nine industrial parks in the region. This growth has been achieved by high-technology industries, such as air and engine construction, energy engineering, pharmaceuticals, chemical production, as well as by educator companies.

♪ The dynamics of industrial production confirm the effectiveness of the chosen development strategy of the region, noted by Alexander Olkhov, Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region. - We're putting on deep modernization, supporting innovation and expanding cooperative relationships. The opening of new high-technology industries, the active work of the Regional Development Fund and the record inflow of investment provide a solid foundation for future growth and strengthen industrial sovereignty in the field.

In 2025, industry in the region actively promoted external trade with East Asian and other strategic markets. Positive export trends have been observed in CIS countries, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, as well as in Afghanistan and Viet Nam. A national project on international cooperation and exports has provided systematic support to exporters.

Toutaev ' s pre-development area has been very dynamic: from 2021, the level of its completion has increased from 10 to 90 per cent, the number of residents has increased from 8 to 20, and investments have been 3.4 billion roubles with 474 jobs. In October 2025, two significant productions were opened here: the Real Sorb Company for Gas-purification Adsorbents and Release 2 of the FM Praim Project for the production of black-complex power plants. Five new projects are planned for the TOR site.

The region ' s investment attractiveness has been demonstrated by high indicators: in 2024, investment in the area (20.3 per cent) almost tripled the Russian-wide (7.4 per cent) and investment amounted to 177 billion roubles. To date, 86 major investment projects worth 425 billion roubles are being implemented in the region, creating 27,000 jobs. A record number of agreements have been concluded as a result of MIPF: 21 projects per 90 billion roubles.

Important projects include the second line of the Ozon logistics complex (investment of 3.7 billion roubles), the establishment of the GK Tensor IT park in Rybinske (1 billion roubles), the organization of the production of fine machines with PPU (0.22 billion roubles). In 2026, the Wildburiz distribution centre and the Tensor GK centre are expected to be operational in Newsellki Industrial Park, with some 22 billion roubles combined.

Systematic support for industry is provided through the State Industrial Development Programme and the Regional Development Fund, which serves two consecutive years in the top of the country ' s most efficient funds. In 2025, 20 organizations received more than 40.5 million roubles of concessionary loans from FRF, of which 13 were industrial enterprises, over 320 million roubles. The Federal Industrial Development Fund provided loans to companies in the region for more than 5 billion roubles, including Autodies for the establishment of fixed-wing engines.

The first interregional industrial cluster of autocomponents re-accredited in 2025 is successfully operating in the region. The management team in the area ranked the first place in the rating of the Russian Ministry of Commerce ' s " Proclasters " programme. As a result of the activities of the Coordinating Council for Productive Cooperation, contracts of 5.8 billion roubles have been concluded, involving 140 enterprises.

Eighty-five enterprises in the region were involved in the federal project " Labour productivity " , with an average growth of 34 per cent. 3,056 staff members of the organizations are trained in sourcing.

The number of small and medium-sized businesses increased by 2 per cent per year, exceeding 51,000, and the number of self-employed persons increased by 35 per cent to 123.2 thousand.

The vast week of the Yaroslav industry in 2025 brought together 25,000 visitors, demonstrating the potential and achievements of the regional industrial complex.

APC of the Jaroslav region also demonstrates sustainable development. The region ' s food security is provided by more than 300 agricultural and peasant enterprises, as well as by over 50 large and medium-sized food and processing enterprises.

In 2025, a number of new high-technology industries were operational in the region. These include the first robotic production in Russia of orchids in the heat of the Jaroslavski. By 2028, it is planned to achieve an annual production of 4.5 million piles and 6 million pinks, with a total investment of 2.5 billion roubles.

Baltics launched a $20,000-hour drinking water supply line at the Yarpivo factory in Yaroslav with investments of some 120 million roubles. At the Pipeline Dairy Product Commodity in the Pervomay District, a new mosarell and cheddar production facility with an investment volume of 460 million roubles was launched.

The Agri Volga Holding is building a high-tech production plant in the Uglys to produce bacterial concentrates and boilers worth 4.2 billion roubles. The Mashkinbird " Vision " is implementing a project to create three new cereals: the industrial herd, the sorting and packaging of eggs, as well as a youth-growing facility.

In the Rostov district, the Red Beacon Agricultural Enterprise is building a 4,000-headed dairy complex. A special feature will be Russia ' s first doile carousel on 110 seats.

A pilot project on the establishment of industrial gardens is being implemented in Perslav-Zaleska. Eight varieties and 10 hectares of black sorodine are already planted.

♪ Real investment projects - a major contribution not only to food security in the field, but also to job creation and the technological rebuilding of the entire industry - were noted by the Minister of Agro-industry and the consumer market in the Jaroslava region of Eugene.
