The online Business Statistics Service on the Russian Federation's official website allows business to be opened in just a few clicks. The service provides an opportunity to immediately register business electronically, remotely open a bank account and get an electronic signature. Due to biometry, all necessary procedures are conducted entirely remotely.

After entering the service, the applicant should press the " Pohali " button and select one of the two options: " Register GS " or " Register IP " . The taxpayer then completes the application form, selects the tax regime, the bank to open the account and agrees to the remote issue of the electronic signature. As a result, documents will be sent to the registration authority. The registration process takes five minutes to three working days.

One of the main conditions for registration is that the taxpayer has a certified accounting record on the Gosuji portal and confirmed biometry in the Single Biometric System. The portal record can also be validated online through the mobile applications of some banks.

As part of the experiment, which will last until 1 March 2025, it is planned to assess the convenience of the digital service in order to further develop and supplement new services.
