The establishment of multi-functional road service zones in the region was considered at a workshop held by the Governor of the Jaroslava Region, Michael Evreev.

♪ In the region, 77 subdistricts had been established, 19 of them had already been leased, and Mihail Evreev had said. - The road service zones will appear not only on federal tracks but also on regional and municipal roads. Work is carried out in accordance with the concept of the development of road tourism up to 2035 approved by the Government of Russia. We invite investors to cooperate.

The new complexes are planned to include modern APZs and service areas where motorists can rest, eat in café, buy basic products and goods. The infrastructure will also include simple car and truck parks, electric charge stations, sanitary nodes, children ' s towns and special dog walk sites.

For example, on the Moscow-Holmogora road, the road service centres are planning to build in the village of Liva Rostov district, Rostov, the Greatest and the village of Prezivo.

♪ Currently, 36 plots of land are being prepared for tender and 22 are in line with existing legislation, and the Minister of Property Relations, Elena Hermolov, also explained. - In addition, 32 new sections of unlimited land are being developed, in particular along the Huglić-Nekouz-Breito, Prepurification-Libim-Boui, Rostov-Uglic and others.

The establishment of such sites is organized in virtually all districts. It includes comprehensive training for tendering: boundaries are cleared, cadastral works are undertaken and the necessary permitted use of land is established. As a result, investors will receive fully prepared territories and will be able to start construction immediately.
